Bio Notes: Clifford Harry Barnett studied for the degrees of MA and BArch and was awarded DipCD from the University of Liverpool. He was the RIBA Bronze Medallist in 1947 and was admitted ARIBA in 1949. He was admitted FRIBA in 1963. By 1970 he was a partner in Gillinson Barnett & Partners.
