Bio Notes: He is probably the William James Scott Moncrief who studied for the diploma in architecture at Dundee College of Art and was elected ARIBA in 1973. Bill Moncrieff was working in the firm of Sir Basil Spence, Glover & Ferguson in the 1970s. By 1979 he had moved to the Covell Matthews Partnership. He is not listed in the 1984 directory.
