Borthwick & Watson appear to have operated in the late 1960s. The partners were almost certainly Peter Lamont Burnside Borthwick and James Boyne Watson who both became partners in the practice Thomas Cordiner Cunningham & Partners in or about 1970. However Frank Timpson continued the practice which in 1979 was working in association with Ian M Rae & Associates. By 1980 J M W Papworth was sole partner.
