The restoration was for Lord David Stuart to be used as a Scottish Maritime Museum. Received Civic Trust Award in 1963 (restoration work by Robert Hurd & Partners). RIBA 1981 Directory suggests more recent work for Old People\'s Welfare Council but this is not clear.
