The cottages will shortly be pulled down. In the new premises, the entrance the grocery department will be by handsome corner door. The other departments on the ground floor will drapery shop the north side, which side will also contain lavatory and committee rooms ; and on the east side boot and shoes, crockery, and butcher meat shops. At the back there is provided a large store-room with fire-proof roof. There is big cellar below the grocery shop, and a shoemaker's workroom in connection with the boot and shoe shop. The entrance to workrooms on the second floor of the building will be from the north side. The accommodation given is for dressmakers and milliners, and tailors’ workshop and cutting room.
