Notes: The first connection between the client and Cairns was when Tom Curr designed the art tile-work in association with James Duncan Ltd of Glasgow, the tiles being manufactures by T & R Boots Ltd of Burslem. The farm buildings at Clermiston consisted of single storey timber buildings in a formal herring bone pattern.
