Item 1 of 5441 Corporation houses, Springburn CDA Area A 441 dwellings in three 19-storey tower blocks, one long six-storey block, and a variety of three- and four-storey blocks.
Proposals only, the Coporation sacked Matthew and built Reema blocks on the same site. (See Tower Block p226)

Reema scheme: Two 25-storey tower blocks comprising 200 dwellings with garages and parking lots. Estimated cost 800,000.
Item 2 of 5Deck-access blocks of flats, Balgrayhill, Springburn CDA Area BTen five and six-storey deck-access blocks containing 557 houses ranging from one-person/one-apartment houses to seven-person/six-apartment houses.
