Notes: Development of four 23-storey tower blocks (132 dwellings each), five-storey walk-up blocks (arranged in cluster form around a central staircase core), and one-storey links. Tower blocks cost £400,000 each and were built of in-situ concrete using the 'Prometo' slipform crosswall system and an outer facing of precast Wilson blocks and timber windows. The low-rise blocks were built of cavity brickwork, eithner exposed or Tyrolean rendered.
