Notes: The 'K type' at Netherlee Park, was marketed as 'The House the Housewife Built' as it contained a larger kitchenette, and the new feature of a dining alcove. Over 5000 housewives were asked to give their views and the 'K type' was the result. The houses were built with a government subsidy, but in 1934 this subsidy was stopped.
