Notes: Four-storey with attic, on prominent corner site. Boots Cash Chemist on ground floor, possibly offices over.

The building is to be erected in Portland stone which will be shipped direct from the quarries to Glasgow and there worked by local labour. The columns and pilasters will be built in Aberdeen granite and the roof covered in green slates. [Builder 26 November 1926 p859]

Assumed demolished for 1958 replacement. See separate item
