A new super cinema is to be constructed in Falkirk at a cost of over £20,000 on the site of the Grand Theatre, Vicar-street. Plans have been passed by the Dean of Guild Court. Mr Urie Scott of Glasgow has prepared the plans on behalf of Associated British Cinemas Limited, London, who are the owners.
