Item 1 of 1Tenements, 1-18 Walmer CrescentSite feued from William Hamilton of Middleton. He specified the crescent plan in the feu plan. The belief that there was to have been a mirror image development on the south side of Paisley Road West is incorrect: the land there was owned by Moses Steven of Bellahouston.

A NW wing on Harley Street was planned but not built corresponding to that on Weymouth Street, now Cessnock Street.
