Notes: The Building News of 27 September 1912 gave a description:

'The new building is at the west end of the village and consists of three classrooms, whilst there are also a room for practical cookery and woodwork room and a teachers’ room. Accommodation is provided in the new school for 132 pupils. A feature of the school is a large verandah where teaching in the summer will be practically in the open-air with a roof overhead.'
