The premises are situated behind the properties at numbers 53 and 55 Church Street and are entered by a passage 8 feet wide from Church Street. Within the building are included a hall with siting accommodation for 735 persons, a lesser hall to seat 140 persons, committee rooms, retiring rooms, cloak rooms, etc, the total cost being upwards of £3,000.
