Stencil decoration (watercolour & tempera) which was previously thought to have been designed end by Bodley but was actually carried out by Frederick Richard Leach of Cambridge was replaced in oils by Mackay & Son under the direction of Charles G Soutar in 1906 and restored by J & T Harvey under the direction of Colin McWilliam in 1972.
