Bio Notes: Trevor Bernard Mann studied for the diploma in architecture at the Polytechnic in London. He was elected ARIBA in 1950 and ARIAS in 1964. By 1960 he had a post with Ministry of Public Buildings and Works (later the PSA) in Edinburgh. He was based in an office in Broomhouse Drive in the 1960s but had moved to Argyle House in the 1970s. By 1979 he was the Director of Scottish Services at the PSA in Edinburgh. He retired in 1988.
