Bio Notes: Alexander Simpson would seem to have practised in Edinburgh. He was an Associate of the Edinburgh Architectural Association by 1930 or 1931, at which time his address was 31 Roseburn Terrace, Edinburgh.


By 1939-40 he had moved to Jamaica and was an employee of the Public Works Department in Kingston. No further details are yet known. He probably remained in the West Indies as his death is not recorded in Scotland.
