| Bio Notes: | Frank Page studied for the degree of BArch in Florida, USA. He started his career in the United States but moved to Livingston new Town. He worked for the SSHA from 1968 to 1989, first in the planning group, on planning studies, environmental improvement projects and housing layouts and later on the GEAR programme in the Glasgow office. He obtained a qualification in Civic Design at the University of Edinburgh. |
