| Bio Notes: | Philip Anthony Turner studied for the diploma in architecture in Oxford followed by a diploma in town planning at Edinburgh. He was elected ARIAS in 1964. He had a post in the planning group of the Scottish Special Housing Association and worked on master plans from 1967-69. He moved to Redditch New Town as principal planner. |
