Bio Notes:	Thomas Twaddell was a mason by trade and Deacon of the Squaremen of Dumfries. He is commemorated on a tombstone in St Michael's churchyard. Alexander Twaddell (1735c-87) was probably his son. He was also Deacon of the Squaremen.
