Bio Notes: Donald Munro was born in about 1795 in Tain. He remained there and worked as an architect-builder in the first half of the 19th century. In the 1851 census he employed six men. He designed various buildings in Ross & Cromarty.

In the 1840s he was elected to serve on the Town Council in Tain.

He does not appear in the 1871 census and may have died in the 1860s.
