Bio Notes: David John Hilton studied for the degree of BArch in Liverpool. He was elected ARIBA in 1955. He had moved to Glenrothes by 1970, presumably to a post with the Development Corporation. Drawings in Fife Archives show he drew the plans for various house types in 1966. In the 1970s he seems to have enrolled at Edinburgh College of Art to study for the diploma in town planning. By 1979 he had moved to a post in East Kilbride Development Corporation where he remained until at least 1990. He is not listed in the 1994 directory.
