Bio Notes: William and Andrew Clerk were described as architects when they were employed on Crathie Church (now demolished). They are recorded as the architects for this church in an inscription which appears in John Stinton's book 'Crathie & Braemar'. There are similar churches in Echt (1804) and Skene (1801).
