Bio Notes: William Herman Mackillop Clark studied at Glasgow School of Art and was elected ARIBA and ARIAS in 1965. In 1970 he was living in Greenock. By 1979 he had moved to London to a post with the Property Services Agency. He remained with the PSA until at least 1984.
