| Bio Notes: | Alexander Fairlie Allan studied for the degree of BArch at the University of Strathclyde. He was elected ARIBA in 1967. By 1970 he had moved to East Kilbride and perhaps had a post with the New Town Development Corporation. By the later 1970s he had moved to a post in the Dumbarton County Council Architect's Department. In 1984 he had a post in the Department of Architecture of Strathclyde Regional Council and was based in Glasgow. |
