| Bio Notes: | Arthur Fal-Tong Chan studied for the the degree of BArch in the University of Manitoba and for the diploma in town planning at the School of Architecture in Glasgow. He was elected ARIBA in 1961. By 1965 he had a post in Hong Kong. By 1970 he working in the Crown Lands and Survey Offcie, Public Works Department, Hong Kong in which office he remained until at least 1984. He is not listed in the RIBA directory of 1994. |
