Bio Notes: John White practised in the mid-18th century in Paisley. He was a balile of the town and held the office of Stampmaster. He was founder and third president of the local branch of the Society for Reform of Manners. He was responsible for the design of a number of buildings in Paisley including several mansions in the High Street.
