Bio Notes: Thomas Reyner Robb was elected a student member of the RIBA in 1958 and ARIBA in 1967. By 1970 he had moved to Glasgow and by 1979 he had a post with the Property Services Agency in the Department of the Environment (Area West) in Glasgow. By 1994 he was still with the DOE but had moved to the Edinburgh office and was based in Argyle House.
