| Bio Notes: | Thomas Ronald Cowan was elected a student member of the RIBA in 1963. He studied at Edinburgh College of Art and was elected ARIBA in 1965. In 1979 he had a post with the Architects Department, Motherwell District Council. He was still with the department in 1994, by then called the Technical Services Department. |
