Bio Notes: David John Butler was elected a student member of the RIBA in 1964. Around this time his address was given as being in Glasgow. He studied at the school of architecture in Birmingham and was elected ARIBA in 1971. He moved to work in London and remained there until at least 1984. He is not listed in 1994 and had presumably retired by then.
