| Bio Notes: | Robert Duncan Buchanan studied for the degree of BArch and for a diploma in town planning at the University of Strathclyde. He was elected ARIBA in 1966. By 1979 he had a position with the Department of Architectural Services, Dumbarton District Council. He was still with the Department in 1984 but had retired by 1994. |
