Bio Notes: Alastair George Carradine studied for the diploma in architecture at Edinburgh College of Art and was elected ARIBA in 1963. In 1965 he was living in Fife. From 1965 to 1969 he worked as an architect in the Technical Department of Glenrothes New Town Development Corporation.

By 1979 he had a post with Sir Frank Mears & Partners in which practice he remained until at least 1994, although the name had changed to H W Crawford Sir Frank Mears.
