Bio Notes: David Graham Bruce Duncan studied at Edinburgh College of Art and was elected ARIBA in 1961. By 1965 he had moved to Singapore to work for the Urban Renewal, Housing and Development Board. He returned to Scotland before 1970 and was based in Haddington. At some point he studied for a diploma in town planning, also at Edinburgh. By 1994 he was working for the planning department of Edinburgh District Council although it is not yet clear if he had worked there for some time previously.
