Bio Notes: Douglas Roger Campbell Hay studied for the diploma in architecture at Dundee College of Art and was elected ARIBA in 1962. He worked for Ayr County Artchitects Department in the 1960s. He had emigrated to perth Western Australia by 1970. In 1984 he was a partner in the practice Brand, Deykin & Hay. He was still with the firm in 1994.
