Bio Notes: James Kenneth Dible studied *** and was elected ARIBA in 1962. As a student his address was in Northern Ireland. By 1965 he was living in Cumbernauld, presumably working with Cumbernauld New Town Development Corporation. He would appear to have moved to a post in the National Building Agency about this time where he worked alongside David Ross. He later worked for the Scottish Development Department in Edinburgh. He is no longer listed in the directory of 1994.
