| Bio Notes: | Ian B Herd studied at the School of Architecture in Aberdeen and was awarded the diploma in architecture in 1969. He then took a position with Sir Basil Spence Ferguson & Glover in Edinburgh. He did not join the RIBA. He seems to have worked for the Scottish Building Standards Agency in about 2010. This was based in Livingston. He was still in practice in 2012 when he applied to Kelso Community Council for permission to install photo voltaic panels at Kelso Pottery workshop. |
