Bio Notes: Raymond George Licence studied for the degree of BArch at Heriot Watt. He was elected ARIBA in 1974. By 1979 he had a post with Aitken & Turnbull in their Galashiels office. Two years later he was working in independent practice in Melrose. By 1994 he was working as R G Licence Architect at Lindean Mill Studios, Galashiels.
