Basic Biographical Details | Name: | David W Manson | | Designation: | | | Born: | | | Died: | | | Bio Notes: | David W Manson was educated at Wick High School from 1965-71 and studied architecture at Edinburgh College of Art and Heriot Watt from 1971-77. After graduation from December 1978 he worked as an assistant at the Housing Corporation in Glasgow but joined R___Murray in partnership in December 1978 which operated until December 1982 when he set up in independent practice as Manson Associates. Initially the practice worked for several Housing Associations within central Scotland and rehabilitated more than 1000 tenement properties. They won a Saltire Award, an Environmental Award and were shortlisted for the Millenium Housing Competition in Edinburgh for our new build projects.
In 1998 while still running Manson Associates, he became involved with BNI Alpha Chapter.
Manson Associates is still in operation (2012) and the practice undetakes a wide range of work. |
