Bio Notes: Alastair David Lamond graduated with a DA from Dundee College of Art and was elected ARIBA in 1956 and ARIAS in 1961. By 1965 he was working with Ian Burke Martin & Partners and was in charge of the office at 1 Park Circus, Glasgow. He seems to have been promoted to a partnership at some point. After the split in the practice he worked for Hugh Martin & Partners in Glasgow. By 1979 he had set up his own practice as A D Lamond & Partners in Glasgow. He was joined by Philip Aitken by 1981.
