Bio Notes: Thomas Prentice Mawson was born in 1925, younger son of London and Lancaster architect Edward Prentice Mawson. He was taken into partnership in the family firm, Thomas H Mawson & Son, in 1947, and continued the practice with the other partner, Gordon H Farrow, after his father's death on 22 December 1954.
