Bio Notes: Bryan Munford was born on 17 October 1968 in Bellshill, Lanarkshire. He was educated at Renfrew High School. He studied at the College of Building and Printing in Glasgow ansd then took the part-time course at the Mackintosh School of Archtitecture. He intially worked with Wylie Shanks before moving to a post with W S Atkins and finally to Parr Architects which became part of the Archial Group.

He died suddenly on 6 March 2010 at his home in Kilmacolm. He is survived by his wife Sandra, whom he had met while working in Wylie Shanks and married in 1991, and his two daughters Kate (born 1996) and Beth (born 1998). He is remembered as a man of generosity, charisma, kindness and great humour.
