Bio Notes: Alexander Kenneth Grieve Wrench was born in Falkirk on 14 April 1924, the son of Alexander Wrench, bookkeeper, and his wife Maggie Scott Shilland. He was elected a student member of the RIBA in 1949. He studied architecture at Glasgow School of Art and was elected ARIBA in 1953. His home address was in Falkirk around this time. He moved to West Ferry, then Dumfriesshire and back to Cupar where he remained until at least 1979. He worked for Fife county Education Architects Department. He is not listed in the 1987 Directory.
