Bio Notes: Alexander Kerr studied for a diploma in art and a diploma in town planning at the Glasgow School of Art. In about 1960 he had a post with Cumbernauld New Town Development Corporation. He was elected ARIBA in 1950 and ARIAS in 1964. In 1964 he was living in Edinburgh.
