Bio Notes: William Fraser Pullar was born on 25 November 1924, the son of George Russell Pullar, portman, and his wife Alice Johnstone Fraser. He studied at Dundee College of Art. He was elected a student member of the RIBA in 1948 and ARIBA in 1950. As a student his address was in Perth but he moved after qualification to Nairn where he must have been only very briefly. He moved to Glenrothes where he signed drawings for housing at Woodside in 1955. He remained in Glenrothes until about 1960 but moved to Cupar where he worked for the County Architect's Department rising to become Deputy County Architect.

He retired before 1987 and died on 15 March 2007 at Edward House Nursing Home, Falkland. He was married twice: first to Margaret Petrie Mcrobbie and second to Margaret Milne Nelson, a retired senior nurse manager.
