Bio Notes: David Eyre Percival studied for the degree of BA (Arch.) in London. He was also a qualified town planner. He was elected ARIBA in 1938. In about 1950 he was working in Newport, Monmouthshire.

In 1953 he was the Assistant Chief Architect in East Kilbride Development Corporation. However by 1956 he had moved to Norwich to the post of City Architect in which post he remained until at least 1970.
