Bio Notes: James Thomson was a civil engineer. He formed a brief partnership with William Henry Johnson in 1933 but Johnson seems to have withdrawn by 1935. The following year the address, 3 Palmerston Place, was shared by Thomson with two other civil engineers, W A Parker and R J W Ogilvie. Thomson is no longer in the practice by 1938 but Parker and Ogilvie have been joined by ___Gordon as Parker Gordon & Ogilvie.
