Bio Notes: Malcolm Alexander Hay studied for the degrees of BSc and Dip Arch at the University of Edinburgh. He worked in the Edinburgh practice Sir Basil Spence, Glover & Ferguson between 1978 and 1979 persumably during his 'year out' between the parts of his architectural degree. He was elected ARIBA in 1983.

By 1984 he had a post with the Bamber Gray Partnership. By 1990 he had moved to Worcestershire. He had a post with the Property Department of Hereford & Worcester Council.
