Bio Notes: Gareth Hutchison studied for the degree of BArch at the University of Strathclyde, followed by the degree of MPhil at the University of Edinburgh. He was elecetd ARIBA in 1975. He was a member of the Town Planning Institute.

In 1979 he worked in the Planning department of Edinburgh District Council but the following year established his own practice. He would appear to have worked from home which was in Craigleith View.

From the mid-1990s he has been the architect of Rangers Football Club.

By 2010 he had moved to Crieff in Perthshire where he is practising as Gareth Hutchison Architects at Eden Cottage Studio, Loch Turret Weather Station.
