Bio Notes:	Marcus Glass FRIBA was a Jewish architect who practised in Newcastle-on-Tyne. He is best known for his "art deco" synagogues at Ryhope Road in Sunderland (at risk 2009) and the Clapton Federation Synagogue, East London (demolished 2006)
