Bio Notes: David Grant Moir studied at Dundee College of Art and was elected ARIBA in 1971. He continued the Leven-based practice of Haxton & Watson after Watson's retirement c.1973 (Haxton having retired in 1950). The practice ceased c.1987. Moir is still listed in the 1994 directory.
